Professional quality control now has been the key of Sunny Gift’s greater success.  In order to make sure clients can enjoy consistent product quality of Sunny Gift; we built up our In-house QC team since 2003. 

Our QC team consists of 3 professional staff members who are expert at quality inspection of plastic, textile, printing, electronic products, with working experience for about 8 years on average. They handle all quality control programs of our orders, being at the spot of production, applying specific examination methods in quality inspection in order to guarantee product quality lives up to clients’ expectation.
 
Our inspection process includes Initial Product Inspection (IPI), During Production Inspection (DPI), and Final Random Inspection (FRI).  And each inspection procedure is strictly conformed to the AQL inspection standards.  In addition, to certain products which are specifically required by clients, we are able to have product quality conform to ROHS, CE, WEEE, EN71, FDA, FCC and UL standards as well. 

With efforts our QC staffs have made through these years, we are proud of keeping consistent product quality and we still firmly believe that in the future, this will certainly be a competitive edge for Sunny Gift to compete with others on the same stage.
